Reddy's Laboratories (up 0.31 per cent) and Lupin (up 0.23 per cent) were among the top gainers
The Nifty Pharma index was trading 0.63 per cent up at 8229.40 around 10:03 am
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 46.15 points at 12,083.85, while the BSE Sensex was up 145.48 points at 40,966.78
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 42 were trading in the green, while 8 were in the red
